*After scheduling, you will receive an e-mail to confirm it has been successfully booked. A reminder email is also sent 48 hours before your appointment. Please notify me if you do not receive this information so we can confirm the appointment status.
* It is an option to pay on-line through the store but is not required prior to appointment. Payment is due after appointment with the options of Cash, Check, Venmo or Credit Card (Cash or Check are the preferred payment methods). Square does not require you to set up an account in order to make a purchase. There is a convenience fee to use a credit card via Square.
* Would you like an invoice e-mailed to you instead? Please e-mail EnchantedSpiritMassage@gmail.com with the specific details & an invoice will be sent to you ASAP to complete the transaction. It's just as fast as going through the online store.
By scheduling an appointment you are agreeing to the following cancellation policies~
I understand that unanticipated events happen occasionally in everyone’s life. In my desire to be effective and fair to all clients, the following policies are honored:
24 hour advance notice is required when cancelling an appointment as this time was set aside just for you. This allows the opportunity for someone else to schedule an appointment. If you are unable to give 24 hours advance notice you will be charged 50% of your scheduled appointment. This amount must be paid ASAP & prior to your next scheduled appointment. In the case of a gift certificate, the fee will be deducted from the amount/purchase value.
No-call &/or No-shows
Anyone who either forgets or consciously chooses to forgo their appointment for whatever reason will be considered a “no-show.” You will be charged the full amount for the “missed” appointment. In the case of a gift certificate, it will be void & considered used.
Late Arrivals
If you arrive late, your session may be shortened in order to accommodate others whose appointments follow yours. Depending upon how late you arrive, it will then be determined if there is enough time remaining to start a treatment. Regardless of the length of the treatment actually given, you will be responsible for the “full” session. Out of respect and consideration to me as your therapist and other clients/customers, please plan accordingly and be on time.

If at any time during the treatment Alaina Craft, LMT feels uncomfortable or any sexual suggestions are made, the treatment will immediately end. Full payment will be required & the proper authorities contacted.
