Please feel free to let me know during your treatment if you are uncomfortable or would like lighter/deeper pressure. In office treatments offer free optional heated/non-heated eye pillow, heated body wrap & use of essential oils to enhance your experience. Time before and after your session will be used to talk about any suggestions, improvements or things that you liked regarding your overall experience - not just your session. A Customized Treatment provides a therapeutic massage focusing on areas of concern and achieves your goals. My unique, slower paced massage offers you a style that uses a smooth, even approach with continuous flow & pressure. Areas of focus receive treatment in a soothing way. Range of motion is included during each session. The treatment can integrate Swedish massage, deep tissue massage and/or specific focus (example: Upper Body only). 30, 45 & 60 minute sessions are intended for areas of focus only. 75, 90 & 120 minute sessions focus on giving attention to your full body. Specific requests may also be taken (example: include abdominal massage, deep tissue massage only or pregnancy massage).
- Swedish Massage: Uses long, flowing strokes and a variety of techniques. This allows me to work with your body and establish a connection which will direct me to provide comfort that is best for you. It has many benefits which include relaxation, decreased blood pressure and increased circulation.
- Deep Tissue Massage: Swedish massage strokes combined with friction, static pressure and a slow, deep pressure. This process allows me to find troublesome areas to be able to break up adhesions and release trigger points. It can provide relief from chronic tension and pain.
- Pregnancy Massage: Great for pre & post-natal! Uses a lighter/soothing pressure and varying techniques, including Swedish massage. This therapeutic massage is gentle to allow a soon mother-to-be some enjoyable, well deserved comfort as she experiences all of the many emotional and physical changes her body is going through. It provides relaxation of muscle tension (example: leg cramps, sciatic pain, etc.), while improving lymphatic and blood circulation. Comfort is the goal! We'll use sidelying positions &/or pillows to make sure you can fully relax & be comfortable during the whole session - adjusting as needed. This treatment is a way to honor your body throughout all of the changes & prepare for childbirth. Baby gets all the same wonderful benefits ranging from boosting endorphins, serotonin & dopamine levels to much more! (Available in 65, 80 or 95 minute sessions only)

Healing with Seashells
$45 for 30 minutes, $75 for 60 minutes & $110 for 90 minutes
Healing with seashells is an energy based healing modality using different shells for specific purposes. It also incorporates Reiki. Reiki is a healing modality that uses the transference of energy from the therapist to the client used for healing. "Rei" can be explained as meaning spirit or divine and "ki" as life force or consciouness. The energy is transferred through the practitioner to the client using intention, hands-on placement, use of symbols and/or therapeutic stones. Hands-on placement is not necessary for treatment, but is sometimes used throughout the session. You will hear sounds of the palm of my hands rubbing together at times. It helps me to clear the energy from my hands and/or things I may have picked up so that I may assess and work with your energy. I may also use therapeutic stones to work with your energy or place on you. You remain fully clothed to receive treatment while laying on the massage table.
It is experienced differently by everyone. Some clients report a sensation of warmth or tingling while receiving treatment, while others may perceive it as more of a feeling they get - deep relaxation, sense of euphoria or release of something (for example: physically relaxing a part of your body or emotionally letting go of something). You may even have a vision.
Even though the experience varies from person to person, it does not change the effectiveness of the session or your ability to receive. Energy work/Reiki is safe for everyone and it enhances the natural healing process taken place within the body, mind & spirit of the client.

Reflexology Session

This basic Reflexology session uses specific pressure techniques on precise points in a therapeutic foot or hand massage. The thumb, finger & hand are used to provide the pressure techniques to you. Each point relates with organs and structures of the body. Pressure, stretch & movement is applied to address areas of concern with the body and improve your wellbeing.

Craniosacral Therapy
$45 for 30 minutes
Craniosacral Therapy is a very gentle, hands-on healing modality that releases restrictions within the soft tissues of the craniosacral system. A craniosacral system consists of the membranes and cerebrospinal fluid that surround and protect the brain and spinal cord. This influences the central nervous system (brain & spinal cord) and promotes the body's natural ability to heal.
You remain fully clothed to receive treatment while laying on the massage table. This basic session starts with an assessment that entails feeling & “listening” to craniosacral system. The pressure of touch is no more than 5 grams - around the weight of a nickel. This process will lead us to the opportunity of how to enhance the craniosacral system. By normalizing the environment around the brain and spinal cord, it will improve the function of the central nervous system. The brain and spinal cord have a supreme influence over the body’s ability to function.
Stress/Strain → Tightness in body → Distortion of the Craniosacral System → Tension around the brain & spinal cord = Limitations that create a barrier to the healthy function of the central nervous system.

What is it? Lomilomi is a form of Hawaiian healing that is traditionally done in a 2 hour treatment. It consists of over 48 modalities - examples: Massage, Craniosacral Therapy, Energy work & Reflexology - & can include things like range of motion, stretching, rocking, stillness & abdominal massage with light or deep pressure. Instead of separating different treatments, it combines them to provide exactly what you need for healing.

Gives you a taste of what a Lomilomi session is all about! It's the combination of a full-body Customized Massage & Lomilomi treatment blended together to focus on your goals. This session begins by preparing your body with range of motion & stretching. It's followed by flowing forearm techniques mimicking ocean waves that carry in relaxation & pain relief with massage. Hapai Lomilomi

Pregnancy lomilomi for pre & post-natal done in a side-lying position. This Hawaiian healing can include things from range of motion, stretching, rocking, stillness & abdominal massage. Flowing forearm techniques mimic ocean waves with massage.
